Bay of Pigs: 40 Years After was an international conference and reunion in Havana, Cuba, 22-24 March 2001. It was held shortly before the 40th anniversary of the Bay of Pigs Invasion.

On 24 March, following the formal conference, many of the delegates and observers travelled by road to Australia sugar mill, Playa Larga, and Playa Girón, the site of the initial landing in the invasion.
